Our staff has in excess of 20 years of experience on pre-commissioning and start up within the onshore and offshore production facilities for major oil and gas companies. Our people are highly qualified and knowledgeable on all aspects and phases of facility operating requirements.
Our supervisors provide assistance to the client through pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up stages.

We also provide experienced commissioning engineers to help ensure that the client's project objectives are met. SNL provides the following commissioning and start-up services:
• Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and pre-commissioning support
• P&ID verification
• Loop checks
• Pressure test design and verification
• Safety system checkout
• Plant and production start-up assistance
• System purge
• Ensuring that all equipment is ready for start-up according to manufacturers'       requirements
• Confirming that all health, safety, and environmental procedures are in place.
• Reviewing documentation: weld maps, reports, mill certificates, and welding procedures.
