In order to provide maximum support to the petroleum industry in a timely and cost effective environment, SHMILYA Nigeria Limited has established two (2) bases of operations, located in USA and Nigeria. These Houston and Lagos offices provide all the expertise to supply the regulation compliance requirements for our operations for the supply of expatriate Technical personnel and Nigerian manpower personnel to our clients.

There is a close coordination between the two offices, under the leadership of SNL Directors, supported by a dedicated IT line that allows both offices to share engineering data in “real” time. This provides each Client with the critical personal contact and timely project coordination to ensure a quality product in a timely manner, at minimal costs.
