Quality for SNL means fulfilling our customer’s needs. Every customer has distinct needs to ensure business success. We are focused on understanding their needs and incorporating them into our project delivery so we can contribute significantly to our customers’ success.
It is our policy to manage an effective Quality Management System to ensure total client satisfaction with our engineering services. Our QMS is based on the guidelines for ISO 9001 and achieving customer satisfaction through continuous quality improvement efforts in the execution of our work.

Every member of the Management Team is committed, consistent with our individual responsibilities, providing the leadership, resources, education and personal participation required to ensure a successful, quality driven engineering service for our customers.

Management Commitment
SNL Management has exhibited a high level of commitment right from the inception, providing an integrated team utilizing a full spectrum of disciplines. Ensuring availability of a competent manpower for staffing all the positions through an exacting recruitment program, with personal involvement during initial and final screening and during initial induction in key positions.Besides providing resources and guidelines mentioned above, the ATS Management is firmly committed to providing the technical support to our valued customers that they expect and deserve.

1. SNL Quality Management System (QMS) is currently being improved and assessed for     compliance to ISO 9001
2. Currently, we are realigning our Quality Manual to suit with the international standard      requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
3. Our QA/QC staff bring a wealth of experience in working to ISO 9001.
4. Our Quality System Procedure Manual is under implementation in which majority of the     elements are in compliance with the international standard requirements of ISO     9001:2000.
