Employee Professional Development
A. Engineering Training
Nigerian engineers are provided with basic and professional Engineering training in their various disciplines.
B. Software Training
All Engineers attend additional training in various software packages such as AutoCAD,
HYSYS, STADD PRO, Auto plant, Caesar II, PDS, INTOOLS as related to each discipline.
Most of the training is out-sourced to external consultants with tutorial sessions at our
Lagos office and the consultant training facilities.
C. Management and Supervisory Skills Training
This is a very important aspect of Nigerian Content Development to enhance management capacity as well as advance project controls our supervision of all engineering projects to acceptable international standing.
D. Internship Program
Young engineers are assisted by attaching them to various companies for internship.
This increases their experience and mental capability on the job.
